• Sets foundation and concealer without disturbing the coverage or finish.
• If you apply eyeshadow or powder blush too strongly, go over it with the Velour Puff to reduce the vibrancy of the color.

APPLICATION
For loose powder, sprinkle the powder into the palm of one hand and then press the Velour Puff into the tiny pile of powder.  This will disperse the powder through the velour.  Starting with the eyes, gently press the puff into your skin.  Continue pressing the puff into your skin until your have done your entire face.  For pressed powder, rub the Velour Puff over the surface of the powder, then press the puff into your other hand to remove excess and disperse the powder through the velour.  Apply as mentioned above.
