FACE - FRESH NATURAL SKIN

 

 

TIP: Finish up with a light touch to the ears and neck to complete the Canvas application.

 

TIP: To avoid disrupting the finish on the skin, keep the powder puff on the pinky finger of the working hand.
  1. Apply a large pearl size amount of Water Canvas Base Primer over the entire face. Starting at the center of the forehead work outward and downward to include the eyes and neck.
  2. Using a round Water Canvas Sponge, evenly apply Water Canvas Foundation in Crème Beige over the entire face. Always use a stipple motion with baby stokes to apply the foundation. To cover any redness, layer additional product over problem area.
  3. To cover excessive discoloration under the eyes use Brush #25 and blend a light layer of Crème Concealer in Medium #2. Add additional layers if necessary and blend with foundation until seamless.
  4.  Using the Deluxe Velour Puff apply Perfect Canvas Loose Face Powder in Golden Sienna #3 to set the canvas.  Lightly press the powder over the upper and lower eyelid area first. Then, using small gentle pressing pats focus on the center of the face working outward to set and finish the foundation.
EYES – SHAPE AND DEFINE

TIP: Before applying Mascara, use Eye Lash Curler and gently curl outer half of the eyelash. (Never curl lashes with Mascara on them, as they will break).
  1. To re-create the effectiveness of this eye, using the Diamante Quad, in
    Aquila, select the light highlighter shade and apply across the entire upper
    eyelid, using Brush #22. Start at inner corner and work outward.
  2. To shape, apply a small amount of Liquid Shadow in Silky Orange over the
    upper eyelid, into the crease using Brush # 33, Blend to a soft shimmer.
    From lash line blend color into crease for a seamless finish.
  3. Then, select the orange hue and sweep color from lash line to crease.
    This will intensify the effect of the Liquid Shadow.
  4. Using Brush #12, layer the DIAMANTE QUAD (dark purple) and apply
    along the top lash line. Using short even strokes, start at the
    center of the lash line and work outward. Return to center and using soft strokes work inward to achieve desired smokey effect. On the bottom lash line (lower lid) start at the center using short vertical strokes and work outward.
  5. For added definition apply a thin line of LIQUID EYESHADOW in MIDNIGHT MAUVE, using Brush #12, over the dark purple (from the Diamante Quad) on both the upper and lower lash line

    6. APPLY LASHES

  6. Curl the natural lashes with Mini Lash Curler before applying the false lashes.
    Remove lashes from the lash tray and gently remove any excessive adhesive.
    Place a thin strip of glue on the base of the faux lashes and carefully place the lash tip along the outer lash line as close to the base as possible.
    Glue goes on electric blue so you can see the placement, but dries completely clear and invisible. Hold for 5 seconds then release the lash tip and adjust if needed.
    Within 2 minutes the glue is completely dry. Lashes should be applied after eye make-up application, and before Mascara.
  7. For added drama and intensity, apply a thin line of VIBRANT EYE WATERPROOF LINER in Nerino. Apply a light application of The Curl Mascara in Black.

Upper Lash Line: Start at the outer corner and apply Mascara by placing the wand at the base of the lashes and use a zigzag motion from the base to the tips. Start the application at the outer corner and work inward. Apply more generously at the outer corner of the top lashes starting again from the base to the tips to extend the lashes and open the eye.
Lower Lash Line: Holding the wand vertically and without re-dipping, apply Mascara to the bottom lashes using the tip in a back and fourth sweeping motion.

 
BROWS – FRAME THE EYE

TIP: Never use a darker shade of pencil than the hairline color.
  1. Use Everbrow Micro Pencil in Blonde to softly contour the eyebrows.
  2. Start at the arch of the brow and work outward with little baby strokes. Complete shaping by lightly contouring the inner half. Then blend color by combing eyebrows with Brow/Lash comb #10. 
  3. To mimic natural hairs, Use Brush #12 and apply Bi Brow powder in Blonde using small strokes, and finish with a layer of the Pomade to set the brow.
CHEEK – SHADE AND CONTOUR
 
  1. To complete the look, apply Duo Blush Compact in Innocence. Using the Deluxe brush #27 place the light color on the upper apple of the cheek and blend upward then out.
  2. For added effect contour the cheeks with the darker shade, using the Slant Blush Brush # 29 and blend color under the cheekbone area creating a seamless finish.
LIPS - CONTOUR and SHAPE
 
  1. Condition lips with Cushion Lips.
  2. Contour the lips with Duo Lip Pencil in Naked/pumpkin.. Use Naked to shape and contour the lip line first. Then using Brush #35, fill in the entire lip area with the same color to create an even color base as well as a smooth texture. 
  3. Using Brush # 35, apply Lip Vinyl in Divine evenly over lips for long lasting color and shine.
