APPLICATION
Remove the cap and slip it over the metal tip of the brush to create a long handle.  Brush over your lip pencil to blend it and evenly cover your lips with pigment.  Stop here or dip the brush into the sheer lipstick or lip gloss of your choice.  Starting in the center of your lips, brush the lipstick or lip gloss out to the edges of your lip line.
